Proposal: Allow optional refferal tracking metadata to be submited with each transaction and use it to attribute 50% of customer netowrk fees paid to the referee Web2 purchasing portals can keep track of a refferal code from the first link a customer licked to get the provider listing, track which provider profile page they first viewed, or simply ask the user how they found us.

If the refferal codes become part of the core smart contract it is important to assess the risk of alternative web2 frontends or chrome extensions hijacking the refferal code unfairly.
