✨ Inform attendees about cancelled talks at events

When a scheduled talk at an event is cancelled due to a speaker's inability to attend, we need a process to promptly inform all attendees. This issue is to ensure that:

• The event page is updated

Acceptance Criteria:

• The cancellation and updated schedule are visible on all event information platforms

My proposal :

HomePage

adding badge schedule updated to the front page event

other events , small icon with tooltip that indicated that schedule has been updated / event updates in general

simple badge at the right of the event name

Banner on top of the page that shows that the event schedule is updated ( same style like the banner for canceleld events) :

adding banner on top of schedule to indicate there were some changes

I think we should focus only on that part at the moment. Schedule often changes 1 or 2 days before the event, the other addition don't bring this much value for the attendees.
