LuceneIndexMaintenanceTest.concurrent* are flaky #3711
Description
We've seen some cases of the concurrent* tests being flaky in nightly build. The errors are mostly "transaction too old".
The tests load over nightly is larger than the load in PRB, and we don't see the failures in PRB at all so far.
