This PR adds generated SDK including generated tests, test CI/CD job, user agent headers and support files.
This is based on modified Foxentry specification and functional against real API. During testing we discovered issues with API - these were reported in Slack. This PR should be merged after addressing the issues to make sure everything works.
Also before merge secrets for publishing must be set.
