In my mind, this isn't valuable enough to warrant adding new dependencies for CLI prompts, but could be good to tackle together with a prompt to select your template as well.

Hi 👋 I hope I'm not late about it. I created (today) a simple but complete CLI called create-snowpack-app-interactive which able you to create a Snowpack using the terminal. Any feedback is welcome 😃 (pnpm is supported)

Oh wow, this is awesome! Have you seen #1277 ? We've been talking about doing something like this as a v2 of the official create-snowpack CLI, but we hadn't gotten around to it yet and this looks really close to what I was imagining. /cc @gr2m
