More general documentation

The documentation at the moment often refers directly and only to Varnish implementation.

Would be nice to have it more general with specific sections for each reverse proxy .

ups, indeed. do you want to do a PR to clean this up a bit?
for the tests, we should probably have subsections for each proxy, like
we have elsewhere. if there are common things, we should keep it in the
introduction part.
i guess for the contributing we need to explain to install both nginx
and varnish

Well, I've already started to review the documentation. Is it ok if I send small PR instead of a big/complete one ? I'm afraid that a full review/upgrade will take too much time and is going to became a never ending story

yeah, fully agree on small increments, much easier to handle than large rewrites.

i just edited the description to have a checkbox list. can you add to that list when you find other things, and check things you adressed in a PR?

testing doc is now updated. anything else missing or shall we close this issue? we can always further improve when we stumble over other things.
