fixes #1788

  • fix for mRNA for match and skip types only
  • works both strands
  • fix for non-coding transcripts for match and skip types only
  • make sure we ignore for variants, alterations, RR, and TEs, and terminators

It generates the subclasses correctly, but then somehow ignores the subfeatures.
