Sync self-hosted docs: drop PAT mentions, hub and runbook polish. Remove GitHub PAT and authentication wizard rows from install and update pages; keep Local LAN and Cloudflare runbooks only.
Remove StorageClass prerequisite from self-hosted install hub.
