- New logical operators for DMSAngle Objects
- Refactored survey module to use DMSAngle Objects
- Bubbled up some hard-wired flags in reducesetup to higher-level functions
- Fixed bug where meaning faces produced incorrect values near 0/360 degrees
- Ordered list of observations (output observation order is now stable)
- Moved DNA output hard-wired function parameters to default input parameters
