Current behavior: Errors for non-running instances are generic and usage text prints after each error. New behavior: Run now surfaces container status with a logs hint and Cobra no longer prints usage on errors.

Current behavior: Systemd images running on Docker start without runtime flags, causing containers to exit early. New behavior: Systemd images set docker runtime flags so Headjack runs them with the required privileges.
