DEM related code packages

This file aims at listing relevant existing Python (or other language) codes that deal with elevation data.

• https://topotoolbox.github.io/pytopotoolbox/: implements terrain attributes (slope, aspect, curvature), and hydrological attributes (flow accumulation, basin delineation)
• https://rvt-py.readthedocs.io/en/latest/rvtfor_python.html: mostly visualization tools but several terrain attributes not implemented in xDEM (sky-view factor, openness, illumination etc).
