On My Plate 0.2.1
Fixed
- On the dashboard, a long "Follow up" list no longer squeezes "Since your last visit" down to its header. Both cards share the height evenly; a short one gives its unused space to the other.

Added
- Jira also finds issues where you are a request participant (Jira Service Management) or mentioned in the description or a comment. A mention counts as answered once you comment after it. Instances that do not support these searches skip them quietly.

On My Plate 0.1.5
Added
- GitLab issues take their status from board lists made of plain labels ("Doing", "Test"), not only from
workflow::orstatus::labels. With several, the right-most list wins, as on the board. - "Next up" shows issues in a test, QA or review status as their own group, "In test or review", at the bottom.
- Pull requests link the Jira issues they name in the title or branch, or link in the description. A Jira issue in turn lists the PRs that name it.
Fixed
- Opening or closing an item no longer scrolls its column back to the top.
- Clicking the text of the "Pull Requests" tab opens it; before, only a click on the tab's edge did.

Fixed
- After installing with pip or pipx, the first-run help and the token hints show
onmyplate --set-token …instead ofpython3 onmyplate --set-token …, which failed with "No such file or directory". Started as a script they still showpython3 onmyplate.py.

On My Plate 0.1.3
Fixed
--updatefor pip installs always reinstalls the checked wheel and then confirms that Python finds the new version, in both the package metadata and the module. Before, it could report success when pip had skipped the install.
Updating
From 0.1.2 on, one command is enough:
onmyplate --update # or: python3 onmyplate.py --updateFrom 0.1.0 or 0.1.1, update once by hand:
curl -LO https://github.com/Gr33ndev/OnMyPlate/releases/latest/download/onmyplate.pyFiles: onmyplate.py is the whole tool; the wheel and source archive are for pip/pipx. Verify downloads with shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS.
Full changelog: v0.1.2...v0.1.3
On My Plate 0.1.2
Added
--updateinstalls the latest release from GitHub. Every file is checked against the release'sSHA256SUMSfirst; then the script is replaced (the old one stays asonmyplate-<version>.py.bak) or the package is reinstalled with pipx or pip. It runs only when you ask for it: On My Plate still never contacts GitHub on its own.
Fixed
- Opening an item in "Since your last visit" no longer makes it vanish: it stays in place, marked as seen, until the next refresh. The same applies to the "New / changed" groups in the other views.
- In demo mode a refresh no longer marks every item as changed.
- The quick start downloads the latest release instead of the unreleased
mainbranch.
Upgrading from 0.1.0 or 0.1.1
These versions do not have --update yet, so update once by hand. From 0.1.2 on, onmyplate --update is enough.

# or, for a pipx install:
pipx install --force https://github.com/Gr33ndev/OnMyPlate/releases/download/v0.1.2/onmyplate-0.1.2-py3-none-any.whlFiles: onmyplate.py is the whole tool; the wheel and source archive are for pip/pipx. Verify downloads with shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS.

On My Plate 0.1.1
A security release: tokens are no longer stored in plain text.
Security
- Tokens live in the keychain of your system — macOS Keychain, the Secret Service on Linux (GNOME Keyring, KWallet via
secret-tool), Windows Credential Manager — bound to the host of the configured URL, so they are never sent anywhere else. --set-token/--delete-tokenstore or remove a token. It is asked for without echo (or read from a pipe) and reaches the keychain through stdin, never through a command line."token_command"can fetch a token from a password manager instead, e.g."op read op://Private/GitLab/token".- Configs that still contain a
"token"are cleaned up on the next start or refresh: the token moves into the keychain and is removed from the file. Without a keychain, such a config is refused.
Upgrading from 0.1.0
Just start the new version once: tokens in your onmyplate.config.json move into the keychain automatically and the file no longer contains them. On a machine without a keychain, use "token_command" or the ONMYPLATE_*_TOKEN variables instead.
curl -LO https://github.com/Gr33ndev/OnMyPlate/releases/download/v0.1.1/onmyplate.py
python3 onmyplate.py --set-token gitlabVerified on real keychains in CI: macOS, Linux (GNOME Keyring) and Windows (Credential Manager).
Files: onmyplate.py is the whole tool; the wheel and source archive are for pip/pipx. Verify downloads with shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS.
