Fixed

  • --update for pip installs always reinstalls the checked wheel and then confirms that Python finds the new version, in both the package metadata and the module. Before, it could report success when pip had skipped the install.

Updating

From 0.1.2 on, one command is enough:

onmyplate --update          # or: python3 onmyplate.py --update

From 0.1.0 or 0.1.1, update once by hand:

curl -LO https://github.com/Gr33ndev/OnMyPlate/releases/latest/download/onmyplate.py

Files: onmyplate.py is the whole tool; the wheel and source archive are for pip/pipx. Verify downloads with shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS.
