[Feature]: Prompt the user to indicate how much VRAM the model needs #198

Is your feature request related to a problem?
When a user selects a relatively large model, the user may not be clear about how much VRAM is needed to load that model.
Describe the Solution you'd like
Add a prompt regarding VRAM requirements when selecting a model.
On the join page, add a message indicating that the total VRAM is insufficient and more nodes need to be added.
