[feat]:Add hovering effect on buttons

Problem- The buttons css is very simple , which looks very odd
My idea- Adding a hovering effect on buttons so that when user hover on the buttons their background colour changes and i can also change their their colour while user click on them.

Your suggestion is unclear (in what way is the existing hover effect not what you are describing?). What exactly are you proposing? Design proposals require mockups to demonstrate, and then approval by me.
