NatureScape quality and performance
Restored full-detail, species-aware birds on Raspberry Pi 4 instead of simplified silhouette representations.
Increased leaf size and readability while retaining natural leaf shape, stems, veins, opacity, and size controls.
Kept dense weather, leaves, and grass on the lightweight shared canvas without sacrificing foreground wildlife quality.
Preserved smooth, full-detail dog animation and fixed overlapping scheduled state transitions that could cause movement jitter.
Standardized Raspberry Pi 4 animation modes around a 30 FPS quality target instead of sacrificing visual fidelity to pursue unnecessary 45–60 FPS headroom.
Improved overlay compositing and frame scheduling without reducing bird anatomy, leaf readability, or dog detail.
Raspberry Pi performance
Dense fall scene maintains approximately 30 FPS with 39 leaves, three full-detail birds, and the dog.
Dense summer scene maintains approximately 30 FPS with 25 grass tufts, three full-detail birds, and the dog.
Combined rain and fall maintains approximately 30 FPS with dense precipitation, foliage, three full-detail birds, and the dog.
Raspberry Pi 3 motion and NatureScape fallback behavior remains validated.
Higher-resolution 1440p and 4K dense NatureScape performance remains hardware-sensitive and is intentionally not optimized by reducing visual quality.
