• Replaced holiday date selection based on the last weather API timestamp with the viewing browser's live local date.
• Fixed holiday decorations persisting beyond the end of the holiday when weather data had not refreshed overnight.
• Made the existing weather-overlay health check detect local calendar-day transitions and rebuild the scene without requiring a page refresh or a new weather download.
• Ensured the midnight refresh bypasses Raspberry Pi animation-repair cooldowns so expired holiday decorations are not held by the health timer.
• Preserved intentionally multi-day holiday dates, including New Year's Eve/New Year's Day and Day of the Dead, instead of dismissing them prematurely.
