Multiplex 360 0.4
- Updates itself from now on: it tells you when a new version is out and installs it
- Your settings and sign-in stay; the old version is kept as default.old
- 4:3 TVs: the picture fills the whole screen, in the right shape
Install: unzip Multiplex360-0.4.zip and copy the Multiplex360 folder over the old one
(this one last time by hand; from 0.4 on the app updates itself).
v0.3
Unzip and copy the Multiplex360 folder over your old one (your sign-in and settings stay).
- Aspect ratio: press X while watching (or Options > Aspect ratio) to switch between Auto, Zoom, Stretch, 4:3 and 16:9. Your choice is remembered. Auto now handles anamorphic videos and a 4:3 TV setting.
- No more dimming: the console's screen saver stays off while a video plays.
- Steadier streaming: if the connection drops, Multiplex 360 keeps retrying for about 20 seconds and then restarts the video at the same spot.
- 4:3 TVs: text no longer looks stretched.
v0.2
First public release.
Unzip, copy the Multiplex360 folder to the console and start default.xex from Aurora or another homebrew dashboard. Sign in at plex.tv/link with the code on screen.
Needs an RGH/JTAG console. H.264 up to 720p plays directly; everything else is converted by your Plex server.
