Multiplex 360 0.4

• Updates itself from now on: it tells you when a new version is out and installs it
• Your settings and sign-in stay; the old version is kept as default.old
• 4:3 TVs: the picture fills the whole screen, in the right shape

Install: unzip Multiplex360-0.4.zip and copy the Multiplex360 folder over the old one
(this one last time by hand; from 0.4 on the app updates itself).
