I'm going to merge this since it is an improvement concerning the practical way to run an evaluation. We can always iterate and enhance. |

Hello. At the last SG meeting the fair point was made thatwe missed a few words on how to run HSF evaluations and also the link to the GDoc that replicates the guidelines that one needs to follow during the evaluation period. This PR closes the gap (hopefully).
