Blocker Helper in VB.Net Options.Template and Inverse seem to be reversed

HI I have an app written in VB.net and a block helper for using like comparison (and also a equal helper that has the same issue)
The Options.Template and Options.Inverse methods seem to be reversed its not a big problem but i was just wondering why ?
or may be i missed something in configuration....

Yea Okay so I am stupid missing "#" before the helper name in the template causes it to do to what i said. :(
