4.7 Release notes are being shown but not clearly indicating its still an alpha #304

What's wrong?
It is misleading that these 4.7 release notes are posted before an actual 4.7 release exists. There are alphas, but you technically cannot do npm i harperdb@4.7.0 right now. Lets remove this page or make things very clear that 4.7 is only available as an alpha right now.
