'delete history' (mariadb 10.3.x) privilege missing / cannot revoke all priv. on db

Steps to reproduce this issue

1. Step 1;
   Have a DB user with some grants, e.g.
   GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON example.* TO 'exampleuser'@'localhost'
2. Step 2;
   Revoke permissions on database using Heidisql - user -> permissions dialoge

Current behavior

The new "delete history" permission (since Mariadb 10.3.4) is not shown in HeidiSQL and cannot be revoked.
Revoking all permissions in the GUI = database still listed in the user->permisson dialog.

There are still permissions left, that cannot be accessed or deleted using the permisson dialog:
GRANT DELETE HISTORY ON example.* TO 'exampleuser'@'localhost'

Expected behavior

(1) permission checkbox for 'delete history'
(2) revoking all permissions on a database should work (=main issue)

Environment

I wonder where these new privileges are documented with a version number. The GRANT documentation breaks Firefox when using Ctrl+F

This seems badly documented by MariaDB - it seems GRANT DELETE HISTORY is now valid, but SHOW GRANTS returns DELETE VERSIONING instead. First I thought that the latter one is an alias for the first one, but firing GRANT DELETE VERSIONING returns an error:
