Control+P shortcut crashes with EOSError when no printer is available

Description

Windows 11 25H2, happens in previous windows updates and program versions.
I commonly will forget I have the HeidiSQL window focused while looking at VSCode on another monitor and hit Ctrl+P to open another file. If it just opened a print dialog that would be acceptable but instead it crashes.

I do not have a printer setup on this machine.
