I think the first thing you can try is reproducing this issue, because this is not a persistent issue.

I think this issue occurs when a JWT token is expired and the API returns a 401 error. git-lrc already handles rotating the JWT token using a refresh token. If this is the case, we need to figure out why the JWT token rotation didn't work.

So first I recommend trying to reproduce this issue and figuring out the exact root cause.
