X-TOC v0.4.8 makes long-form reading and local clipping clearer and more polished.

What’s new

  • Pin the table of contents beside an X/Twitter article, follow the current section, collapse the panel, and keep it within the available reading layout.
  • Save selected passages with stable progress feedback and a small success animation.
  • Review clips in a redesigned local library with search, tags, notes, expandable text, and clearer selected/all export actions.
  • Export selected clips or the full library as Markdown or JSON.
  • Use refreshed extension icons, public documentation, and Chrome Web Store artwork.

Clips, tags, notes, settings, and panel state remain in local browser storage. X-TOC does not upload saved clips or require an account.
