XTOC v0.6.2

XTOC 0.6.2 renames the extension from X-TOC to XTOC so it can be found by searching "xtoc" in the Chrome Web Store. The store title is now "XTOC: Navigate & Clip X Articles", and the summary, popup, pinned panel, and clip library use the same name.

11 automated tests and Chromium, Firefox, and Edge builds pass. Extension permissions, host access, local clip storage, and Markdown/JSON export behavior are unchanged.

X-TOC v0.6.0

X-TOC 0.6.0 adds a small footer to the popup with a link to star the project on GitHub. It appears on the table-of-contents, empty, and non-X views and opens the repository in a new tab.

The test suite was refocused on core navigation, clip editing and search, export format, and release metadata (11 tests passing), and Chromium, Firefox, and Edge builds pass. Extension permissions, host access, local clip storage, and Markdown/JSON export behavior are unchanged.

X-TOC v0.5.2

X-TOC 0.5.2 fixes the final pinned table-of-contents entry being clipped at the bottom of the panel. The scroll list now fits within the curtain and accounts for its padding.
