X-TOC 0.5.0 improves the floating table of contents and the local clip library for X/Twitter long-form articles.

Changes

  • Refined table-of-contents collapse/expand interactions and more stable panel resizing.
  • Redesigned clip editing with tags, notes, expandable passages, and clearer save feedback.
  • Improved handling of tag input and duplicate tags.
  • Refreshed Chrome Web Store artwork and added a video demo to the English and Chinese READMEs.

Clips, tags, notes, and settings remain in local browser storage. Export all or selected clips as Markdown or JSON. No cloud synchronization or original-article highlight restoration is included.
