Adds the 'anwendungshandbuch_primary_key' to the v_ahbtabellen view. This allows direct linking to the application manual.

This PR adds the anwendungshandbuch_primary_key column to the v_ahbtabellen view to enable direct linking to anwendungshandbücher for retrieving version and publication date information.
