  • The harmonisation of the sample changer OPIs used on the SANS instruments was requested, e.g. knowing how to home for example. A consistent look, feel, and way of use ideally, with the understanding that there are some variations such as the height stage on LARMOR. Ticket #5589 created.

  • When we mentioned the changes to g.load_script it was highlighted that the default was overwritten for the scanning library so that the linter wasn't used so that the removal of the dummy argument requires some checking. Ticket #5214 should have resolved this.

  • We were asked for an example of an LSI correlator file in the vendor format, this has been sent by email to the Instrument Scientists

  • When considering the script generator - carrying on with their own for the time being, there may be a discussion when the changes required for auto reduction have to be implemented

  • The new T-Jump cell project was highlighted, KB is aware of this, there is now a timescale, hoping to test in the cycle next year

  • There was a request for being able to turn off the alert messaging system, a +1 was added to the appropriate ticket (Ticket #5571) and it has been proposed for next sprint

  • Can update LARMOR IBEX once the OS patches are done
