Drag and Drop projects and folders

There are two places where users can see folders: the "cards" (displayed below the search bar), the "tree" (in the left navigation bar).

Users can:

• drag a project into a folder ("cards" -> "cards")
• drag a project into a folder ("cards" -> "tree")
• drag a folder into another folder ("cards" -> "cards")
• drag a folder into another folder ("cards" -> "tree")
• drag a folder into another folder ("tree" -> "cards")
• drag a folder into another folder ("tree" -> "tree")
• when a folder is drag&dropped, everything inside this folder is moved along
