Show only "Pipeline View" in info Study Card

Long Story Short
Info Button which shows Function underlying template card allows potentially dangerous operations.

Expected Behavior
Only the "Pipeline View" tab is shown. (is that even possible, to choose which tabs are shown? would it require modification of the listening endpoint?)

Actual behaviour
Many potentially dangerous elements show up:

• Change template type
• Update services (which would break the immutability principle)
• Change boot options
• change sharing attributes (this is not how we want to expose it)

Steps to reproduce

• Have a function registered from the frontend
• go into a MMUX service (any flavour)
• wait until the function list loads, and click the info button

Only function/template owners are allowed to edit it.

Also, right now the frontend doesn't know that that template is used by a function.
