Allow editing of Default Values at the "Create Function" tab

Currently, under the Create Function tab, the value of the Parameter nodes that they have inside the pipeline is set as Default value (which is right) but it is not possible to edit it, towards function creation. Esra requested to have this. The default values (that should be possible to edit) should still be initialized like they are now, with the values they have in the pipeline.

As I see it, it would not need to affect the values inside the pipeline, only the data that gets sent to the backend to create the function.

It would also be great if the Default Value of the "exposed" inputs would get also sent to the backend - would be useful to have that information in the UI service.
