Option to encrypt and decrytp external storage.

An option to encrypt and decrypt external storage, maybe using something like LUKS. This could be useful even if the drive must be formatted first. It could also be useful to at least be able to recognize when a device has been plugged in that is encrypted with LUKS, and be able to enter the password and decrypt the drive.

CasaOS is seriously impressive and I appreciate all of the hard work done.
