This fixes my bone-headed mistake in #1325 where I only updated the Windows dependencies for the debug build. Apologies for the extra noise this will necessitate downstream...

Doh! I should have spotted that during the original review. No worries about downstream noise - we want to update again soon anyway to get Paul's primitive variable resampling improvements.
