Helpful tools, CVAT link, template updates from upstream Pull Helpful tools page reorganization and update from Collab Guide [PR 19](Imageomics/Collaborative-distributed-science-guide#19). Pull CVAT Guide link redirect to KABR tools site (instead of wiki) from Collab Guide [PR 20](Imageomics/Collaborative-distributed-science-guide#20). Pull template updates to include API accessible description keys from Collab Guide [PR 18](Imageomics/Collaborative-distributed-science-guide#18).

Adds
descriptionandmodel_descriptionkeys to theyamlsection of dataset and model cards, respectively, for both Imageomics and ABC. This allows the HF API to read and return the descriptions.Closes #15.
