Can't open backpack anymore

Description

Hello! I recently updated my server to 1.21.5 and was unable to open my backpack. I decided to check for update and found one however the backpack still won't open up. I haven't gotten rid of the storage file that holds all of items so I'm unsure as to why it hasn't worked yet. Any ideas on what I can do? I had some really cool stuff in the backpack I'd like back if possible. Even if I can't get the items back I'm unable to even craft the backpack which I'm very fond of now. Thank you for any help :>

Thank you very much! If it helps, I'm using Pebblehost at the moment. Do you think that I'll be able to get all my stuff out the backpack or is it a stretch? Is there a way for me to check the ETA on an update or a notification system I can be updated with when the new version is available? I do still have the storage files so I assume with the new version it'll come back. It's my favorite plugin. Thank you again :>

You just need to wait for the build pipelines to finish.
Once the version is built, I will upload the JAR to all platforms.

As long as the items exist with the correct metadata, you're able to open the backpack like normal.

Manual backpack opening will be available in about two months, as I'm currently busy with my final exams.

Hey, so I just restarted my server with the plugin and I noticed that I can now craft the backpacks.. However, I cannot open up my previous backpack which imo is the biggest issue I have. Do you think there's a way to open it? I can place it on the ground but I'm unable to open it :(( I had many things in there that yes, can be replaced but one that holds sentimental value. Do you think deleting one of the storage files could help? There's three for some reason and I really don't know why.. Is it due to the backpack being a part of an older version of the .jar file? I figured the storage file would keep track of that.

First, sorry for the delay, I had some stuff to do.
With the new version 1.1.20, you’re now able to convert all items into a JSON format.

An explorer view (to check and recover lost backpacks) is also planned for release 1.1.0.
