change to All-Loops-PDFs.pdf to match the file name.

I changed to All-Loops-PDFs.pdf and the link works now.

There is no automation to build those linked PDFs. It isn't too hard, but combining the files into one required Adobe Acrobat feature to get a file that was small enough to meet GitHub size limit before incurring LFE extension. It would be good to just qualify (periodically updated) Generating the PDFs of all the the repo's TEDit files requires HCFILES from MEDLEY-UTILS which |

Here are the fixes for the broken links discussed in PR #192 I also changed the syntax of some links from HTML to Markdown.
The link LOOPS Documentation PDF is still broken as I don't know where the file
All-LOOPS-PDFs.pdfis stored.
