One comment - do we want links to old annual reports to link directly to the report or, as this does it, to the status page?

Right now the annual reports aren't in PDF - we have them as /content/en/project/status/2021MedleyAnnualReport.md and 2022MedleyAnnualReport.md I assume we want to keep them around and, if so, linking to them makes sense.

you are right, my bad.
There is a static/docs/2021-Medley-Interlisp-Annual-Report.pdf.html
and also
static/documentation/2021-Medley-Interlisp-Annual-Report.pdf

but neither of those seem to be referenced. Anyway, linking to the News and Status seems like the right thing to do.

I suppose I should try to say "why" it is the right thing to link to the Status page from an otherwise broken link to the actual Annual Report, but the leave-behind of a broken link to a forwarding pointer generally does give you information about the linked metadata.

I'd like to rerun the "broken links" checker after this PR #196 has been merged and deployed.
