Very interesting work — clearly much more mature than a typical early-stage idea.

A few questions that would really help clarify the strength of the platform:

1. What are your primary raw data sources?
   For equities, ETFs, and macro data, are you sourcing directly from official channels such as TSETMC, Codal, CBI, etc., or through intermediate providers?

2. How do you handle data normalization and quality control?
   For example: reconciliation across multiple sources, corporate actions, missing values, restatements, and inconsistencies in reporting.

3. What is your strongest moat?
   If market access improves and larger international data providers eventually enter this space, what remains your most defensible advantage: access, infrastructure, proprietary cleaning/normalization, brand, or distribution?

4. How resilient is your infrastructure to regulatory or access changes?
   Since this space can be affected by IP restrictions, platform access rules, and local policy shifts, which parts of your pipeline are most exposed, and how have you planned for continuity?

5. How are you approaching the IFRS / global-standard financial layer?
   Is that layer already partially built, or still ahead? And how do you plan to make it auditable and trusted by international users?

6. How do you manage neutrality and conflict-of-interest risk?
   Since you operate both media/platform and data/intelligence layers, how do you ensure trust, neutrality, and separation where needed?

7. Who is your first real international customer segment?
   Diaspora investors, regional funds, research firms, family offices, or institutional investors?

چند سوال هست که اگر روشن شوند، قدرت واقعی این پلتفرم بهتر مشخص می‌شود:

1. منابع اصلی دیتای خام شما دقیقا چیست؟
   برای داده‌های سهام، صندوق‌های قابل معامله و داده‌های کلان، آیا منبع شما مستقیم از کانال‌های رسمی مثل تی‌اس‌ای‌تی‌ام‌سی، کدال، بانک مرکزی و منابع مشابه است یا از واسطه‌ها و ارائه‌دهنده‌های دیگر هم استفاده می‌کنید؟

2. داده‌ها را چطور نرمال‌سازی و کنترل کیفیت می‌کنید؟
   مثلا در مورد تطبیق بین چند منبع، اعمال رویدادهای شرکتی، داده‌های ناقص، اصلاح گزارش‌ها و ناسازگاری بین اطلاعات چه روش یا چارچوبی دارید؟

3. مزیت دفاع‌پذیر اصلی شما دقیقا چیست؟
   اگر در آینده دسترسی بازار بازتر شود و بازیگرهای بزرگ بین‌المللی وارد این فضا شوند، مهم‌ترین مزیت ماندگار شما چه خواهد بود: دسترسی، زیرساخت، پردازش اختصاصی داده، برند یا شبکه توزیع؟

4. زیرساخت شما در برابر تغییرات مقرراتی یا محدودیت‌های دسترسی چقدر مقاوم است؟
   با توجه به اینکه این فضا می‌تواند تحت تاثیر محدودیت آی‌پی، تغییر سیاست‌های دسترسی، یا مقررات محلی قرار بگیرد، کدام بخش‌های زنجیره داده شما بیشتر در معرض ریسک هستند و برای تداوم کار چه برنامه‌ای دارید؟

5. لایه استانداردسازی بین‌المللی و سازگاری با IFRS را چطور جلو می‌برید؟
   آیا این بخش تا حدی ساخته شده یا هنوز در برنامه آینده است؟ و چطور می‌خواهید آن را به شکلی قابل اتکا و قابل حسابرسی برای کاربر بین‌المللی ارائه کنید؟

6. بی‌طرفی و ریسک تضاد منافع را چطور مدیریت می‌کنید؟
   چون هم لایه رسانه و پلتفرم دارید و هم لایه داده و تحلیل، چطور اعتماد، بی‌طرفی، و جداسازی لازم بین این بخش‌ها را حفظ می‌کنید؟

7. اولین گروه واقعی مشتریان بین‌المللی شما دقیقا چه کسانی هستند؟
   سرمایه‌گذاران ایرانی خارج از کشور، صندوق‌های منطقه‌ای، شرکت‌های تحقیقاتی، فمیلی‌آفیس‌ها یا سرمایه‌گذاران نهادی؟

۱- داده ها بصورت مستقیم از منابع اصلی دریافت و پس از آن پالایش می شوند.
۲- بعد از دریافت داده های خام با توجه به اینکه برای هر سیمبل از چند منبع داده وجود دارد استانداردسازی صورت گرفته و بصورت یکپارچه بر اساس کاربرد در جداول جدید دیتا ذخیره میشود و متادیتای جدیدی شکل میگیرد. عمده مشکلات موجود در داده های خام که در کدال خصوصا منتشر می شود طی یک فرآیند مشخص در زمینه های مختلف پالایش می شوند. بطور مثال در خصوص نام نمادها، آیتم های موجود در صورت های مالی و .. یکسان سازی صورت می گیرد.
۳- طبیعتا این اتفاق رخ خواهد داد و بازیگران بزرگ وارد خواهند شد اما مساله اصلی این است که سرمایه گذاران اولیه نمی توانند منتظر بمانند تا آنها خدمات دهند. ایده اصلی روی این است که بلافاصله پس از تغییر رژیم سرمایه گذاران برای ورود داده ها را بتوانند دریافت کنند. با توجه به پیچیدگی داده ها در ایران و خصوصا تمیز نبودن داده های تاریخی ورود هر بازیگر دیگر سخت و زمانبر خواهد بود تا داده های تمیز شده و استانداردشده فعلی ما را در اختیار داشته باشد.
۴- ما علاوه بر خوانش داده ها بصورت مستقیم برای کنترل ریسک ها و اعمال احتمالی محدودیت ها در صدد خرید اشتراک دسترسی به داده های خام هم هستیم تا این ریسک کامل برطرف شود.
۵- در حال حاضر صورت های مالی شامل نام شرکت ها و آیتم ها معادلسازی به انگلیسی شده اند و تا حد خوبی پیش رفته است. اما استانداردسازی بر اساس IFRS موضوعی هست که تصمیم داریم آغاز کنیم در این فاز.
۶- بخش رسانه کسب و کار دیگریست که برای سرمایه گذاران شخصی و حقیقی خدمات ارائه می دهد که در دامنه fundbase.ir در دسترس است. بخش داده اما خدمات را برای کسب و کار ها ارائه می‌دهد و مشکلی از نظر تضاد منافع وجود ندارد.
۷- به نظر سرمایه گذاران ایرانی خارج از کشور مشتریان اولیه خواهند بود.
