Intergration within the steam client via chromium

So I recently became aware that you can install browser plugins onto the steam client itself since its all running off chromium. via this reddit post. https://www.reddit.com/r/Steam/comments/1sp8quf/most_people_dont_know_that_you_can_install/

I was disappointed though to see that augmented steam did not work, wanted to bring this up cause truth be told having this bake into steam would be a god send.
