Connection timeout errors using migrate_claw_7x

Large files are resulting in curl timeout errors in the migration messages. Ran into this while live debugging a migration with @bookishgirl

I'm not sure how much control we have over the guzzle client that's using curl behind the scenes, but we should be able to hijack it at some point and say "Don't timeout, just keep going", even if that means overwriting the core drupal guzzle client.

guzzlephp.org/en/stable/request-options.html?highlight=timeout#timeout says default is indefinite.

But http://docs.guzzlephp.org/en/stable/request-options.html?highlight=timeout#stream might be the option we need to set to true in the request, if that's possible.

Drupal overrides Guzzles defaults and sets it to 30 seconds here: https://github.com/drupal/drupal/blob/9.0.x/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Http/ClientFactory.php#L50 . Thought it was gonna turn out to be an ordeal, but turns out you just set it in settings.php. Who knew?

$settings['http_client_config']['timeout'] = 0; should do the trick.
