Here is my conversion to .lua for the new hyprland. Hope it helps someone.

Title says it all.. This is slightly custom and i included images but a lot can be used for your conversion as 99.5% of the work is already done. I will be uploading the small amount of extras but for now it still works do to legacy code being accepted so you wont notice a difference if you use mine. I hope this helps someone out there.

Yes i know. New to using github so not sure exactly what and where things go yet but i haven't seen a full lua conversion yet even at the main fork unless im missing it ? I mainly posted this for folks to pick and choose files from it for their own. Not necessarily to use everything like i do considering i use a different setup and dropped waybar etc.

I am still testing and developing the LUA conversion. As Hyprland does not yet require LUA and I have so many distros to test it on I am progressing carefully It's in the development branch of the Hyprland-Dots repository Correct many like the flexibility of waybar. I have the majority of the LUA conversion done

Well if i can ever be of assistance ill be more than happy to help. I kind of figured you weren't going to let it that far as to when hyprland drops legacy hyprlang but as i said im new to git so im just learning my way around and didnt know about the flex stuff. Also, i've learned so much from downloading these dots back when kool had it and changed my stack tremendously so im sure it wont work out the box for many. I want to start contributing to stuff im just not so sure on the process. Any pointers there would be greatly appreciated. Much thanks -J
