Description
As with the original
gitops-secretsimplementation, adds Doppler as the initial provider and uses native JavaScript APIs (fetch&URL) to avoid using Node builtins and make compatible in all runtime environments. Also adds Mock Service Worker to assist with mocking HTTP requests and responses.
