Complete first version of plotting app which can load touchstone 1.0 files from a users hard drive and plot return losses on the Smith Chart and in Cartesian coordinates, and other parameters on just the Cartesian plot.

The app will be able to add and remove plots from a list, and user can check these boxes to view or not view plots in the list.
