Marten 9.58.0

Marten 9.58.0 moves to JasperFx 2.100.0 and Weasel 9.49.0, and makes per-tenant composite rebuilds work on per-tenant partitioned stores.

Highlights

• Per-tenant composite rebuilds: composite members' per-tenant progression is reset before a per-tenant rebuild, and a store-wide composite rebuild under per-tenant partitioning no longer fails on pk_mt_event_progression (#5829, #5833).
• Cursor paging: the configured identity is honored, value-type keys work (thanks to new contributor @BinaryTENSHi), and a nullable sort key with null rows is paged correctly instead of silently dropping rows (#5836).
• FetchForExclusiveWriting in a batch throws StreamLockedException on a locked stream (thanks to new contributor @esond).
• DCB tag queries exclude archived events.
• An async fetch no longer folds events onto a document the session can reach.
• LogFactory is set when a custom IMartenLogger is configured.
