Codex CPA Model Switcher v1.0.0

First public release.

Download CodexModelSwitcher-win-x64.zip, unzip it, then run CodexModelSwitcher.exe.

What it does:

• Lets each user enter their own CPA Base URL.
• Lets each user set their own CPA_API_KEY environment variable.
• Fetches models from the configured CPA /v1/models endpoint.
• Writes Codex settings to the current user's ~/.codex/config.toml.
• Publishes as a Windows x64 self-contained single-file executable.

No CPA server address or API key is bundled in this release.
