404 page returns 200

Describe the bug
Despite saying "404 not found" the page is actually returning a 200 status code.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a page that doesn't exist.
2. Response is 200.

Expected behavior
404 error code.
