This one here changes _et al._ to et al..

FWIW it could have stayed LICENSE.md; the part that was throwing GitHub's auto-detection off was likely the free text at the top and quote-blocking the actual license text. Without that it's still a valid Markdown file. Doesn't matter though, this is fine.
