Allow setting julia arguments _during static compilation_ #461
Description
Related to #413, it would be great to support setting arbitrary julia flags during static compilation.
For example, we're running in production with -O1, and we've found that setting -O1 during the static compilation speeds up our static compilation time a non-trivial amount.
But currently there's no way to pass this through to the process spawned by PackageCompiler other than manually forking this package.
